Or you can hire now and buy later In conjunction with our terms & conditions, You can hire, and after an initial 3 mths, while still on hire, you can purchase the building at the original agreed price, less 50% of the rental paid, within a maximum of 2 years. This lets you try our building possibly for 3 months, or 24 months if it suits . You can buy it and still get a rebate on half of your rental paid. Or if you don't have the money to buy it now, you can still have it and buy it later. Many Customers find this a tax saving with an extra ability to grow without huge capital expenditure. |
