Chemical Portable ToiletsTheft / Damage Waiver for Chemical Toilet HireDue to the continual problems with chemical toilets being either stolen or burnt out on sites, Leased Portable Buildings is applying a Loss / Damage waiver for chemical toilets on hire as of 1st July 2002 . This will cover damage from acts of vandalism ( eg, fire, graffiti ) & loss of toilet if stolen from site . In the event of theft you must notify Leased Portable Buildings & the police immediately & provide us with a written police report. This waiver does not cover neglect or abuse by the hirer / or subcontractors, any damages as such will be charged back to the hirer. The cost of cover is 10% of the hire rate + GST) In the event of a claim an Excess of $500.00 + GST will apply.
